The Transport Authority/TA/ now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Audio Video editing solution with
accessories (I. COMPUTER, II, VIDEO CAMERA, III. AUDIO MIXER)
for drivers and machines training center.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and
inspect the bidding documents at the office of Transport Authority.
Room No. 404, 4th floor: Addis Ababa.
A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible
bidders to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.
All bids must be accompanied by a security of bid amount equal to
the stated amount in the tender instruction and must be delivered to
the above office on or before the closing date.
Bid not accompany by bid security shall be rejected.
All eligible bidders are requested to submit renewed legal license
for the current year, Registration Certificate & VAT registration
certificate as appropriate.
All literature and other documents pertaining to the submission of
bid shall be in English language.
The bid will be closed on April 24, 2007 at 9:00 A.M.
and will be opened on the same day at
10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders and/or their legal representatives who prefer to attended
the TA head office, 4th floor, Room No. 406.
The TA reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
