The United Nations Development Program, UNDP invites sealed bids to
establish a long-term car rental service agreement with successful
travel operator.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and
purchase bidding documents from procurement office No. 623 at the
address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 A.M. and from 2:00
P.M.-5:00 P.M. (Local time) Monday to Friday.
Interested bidders may purchase complete set of bidding documents
prepared in English upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00 (Fifty Birr) in cash.
Bids must be delivered to Registry Office Room No. 624 at the
address below on or before 10:00 A.M. April 12, 2007. All bids must
be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 1,000.00 in cash or in cash
payment order (CPO). Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 A.M. on April 12,
2007.
UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
