The Addis Ababa University College of Commerce (AAUCC) invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Multimedia/LCD
projectors, Laptop Computers, Servers and UPS.
Bid documents can be obtained from the College’s Room No. 39 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred
Birr) starting from March 20, 2007. Bidders are required to submit
the copies of their trade license renewed for EFY 1999 and VAT
registration certificate to the office where they will collect bid
documents.
Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid-bond in the amount
of Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand), and a copy of the registration
slip as supplier with the Ministry of Finance.
The bid bond must be only in CPO (Cash Payment Order) from
recognized bank.
Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope in the
College Room No. 13 on or before 2:00 P.M. on 12th of
April 2007.
Bid documents will be opened in the presence of interested bides or
their representatives at 3:00 P.M. on 12th April of 2007
at New Auditorium of the College.
The College reserves the right or accept or reject all or part of he
bids.
