2. The
Horo Gudruu Wollega Health Department invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the construction of nucleus heath centers
mentioned above and in the case of domestic contractors from those
in category GC/BC 6 & 7 registered with the Ministry of
Infrastructure and who renewed their license for the current year.
3. Bidding
documents may be purchased at Horro Guduru Wollega Health Department
Section health Service Department Tel. 057-666 09 10 (11), P.O. Box
58, Shambo, for a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200. Interested bidders may get further
information at the same address.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must
be accompanied by a bid security of at least 2% of the bid amount in
CPO or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency from
reputable Bank and shall be delivered to Horro Guduru Wollega Health
Department, Section Health Serve on April 9, 2007.
5. Bid
shall be submitted wax-sealed in two copies and one original and
enclosed by outer envelope. Bids shall be opened in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at 2:30 P.M.
local time in April 9, 2007.
6. The
provision in the instruction to bidders and in the general
conditions of the contract are the provision ADB standard bidding
documents.
The Horro Guduru Zone Health Department has the right to reject any
or all bids.
