Re-Invitation
To
all contractors of category BC/GC 8 and above with renewed license
valid for the year 1999 E.C.
1.
Oromia Agricultural Research Institute invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials,
equipment and service for the construction of Fishery pond at Ziway
Fishery Research Center (East
Shewa Zone) by budget obtained from Oromia national Regional State.
2. Bidding
document may be purchased at the same Institute Room No. 10, Tel.
0116 18 73 44 up to submission of written application and
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) ETH Birr.
3. Bidders
have to be registered to collect “VAT” and copy of VAT certificate,
construction license and registration certificate to be submitted
(attached) with the application.
4. Bidders
may obtain further information from and inspect and acquire the
bidding documents, at the above mentioned office Tel. 011 618 73 44.
Bidders should provide one original and one copy of bid document
each separately.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of
CPO or Bank Guarantee 1% of the bid amount and must be submitted up
to April 12, 2007, 10:00 A.M.
to Room No. 18.
6. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives or those who wishes to attend on April
12, 2007, 10:30 A.M. at the
specified date above in eth Institute’s hall. If the specified date
is a holiday the b id will be opened on the next working day at the
same time.
7. The
construction of the work shall be completed within a maximum of 60
calendar days.
8. The
Employer, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
