Description

The Oromia Trade, Industry & Transport Bureau invites eligible bidders for the supply of:

1.      1 unit of 185cc motorcycle2.      51 unit of 170-185cc motorcycle

3.      4 units of pick up double cab 4wd diesel

4.      1 unit of bus (20 seater)

5.      2 unit of bus (45 seater)

6.      5 unit of General purpose agricultural tractor 105-110 HP

7.      1 unit of combine 140-159 HP

8.      5 units of Dump truck (9 M³)

9.      2 units of cargo truck (3.5 ton)

10.  2 units of refuse collector Truck 7 m³

11.  3 units cesspit Empter Truck 12-14m³

12.  2 units of cargo truck (4x2) 70Q

Therefore interested bidders are invited to participate fully or partially for the supply of the above mentioned vehicles to be purchased by local currency.

1.      All interested and eligible bidders who can certify their financial and technical capabilities may purchased and examine the bidding documents by paying non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred only) from OROMIA TRADE, INDUSTRY AND TRANSPORT BUREAU starting from the date of the 1^st issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald, upon submission of written application & renewed relevant trade license.

2.      Bidding documents, original & copies must be enclosed in different wax-sealed envelopes & shall b submitted before or on 23 May 2007, 9:00 A.M. to:

3.      A bid bond of not less than 1% of the total bid must accompanied all bid price, and must be submitted to the above address in the form of certified cheque (C.P.O.)

4.      Bidders shall prepare bid proposal in two copies for each financial and technical proposal separately (one original and one copy of the original)

5.      The bid shall be opened at OTITB Room No. 7.3 at 10:00 A.M. local time on 24 May 2007 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who are interested to attend.
