Re-Invitation

1.      The Addis Spare Parts & Distribution Sh. Co. (ASPID) invites sealed bids from eligible & competitive bidders for the supply of various spare parts for FIAT Model 682N³ and 697 heavy trucks.

2.      Interested bidders may obtain further information and collect the bid documents against the payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred only) during working hours from Procurement, Sales & Distribution Dep’t, Office No. 3.

3.      The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting 2% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.

4.      Eligible bidders should have a valid business license, copy of registration certificate & VAT registration from legally authorized Institution.

5.      The prospective bidders are instructed to submit the offer documents in sealed envelope to the Procurement, Sale and Distribution Dep’t, marketing the envelopes “Original” and “Copies”.

6.      Bid documents should be submitted on or before May 10^th 2007, 9:00 A.M. local time.

7.      The bid will be opened on May 10^th 2007, 10:00 A.M. local time at the office of Procurement, Sales & Distribution Dep’t (PSD) office NO. 3 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.

8.      Eligibility bidders may obtain further information from the PSD contacting by tel. No. 0114 42 70 90/0114 42 03 23.

9.      The Addis Spare Parts Import & Distribution Sh. Co. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
