Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Procurement of “2x36w antiglare lamella
lover fluorescent fitting thick white metal that can be fixed to any
level surface with 36w lamp locker capacitor cover with non rested
sheet metal including nut & bolt string connector of bronze holder
uniformly fixed”.
1. Interested
& qualified bidder may obtain the bidding documents from ETC Sidist
killo tele Office during office hours at Room No. 507 upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty only) for each tender
starting from March 28, 2007 –April 16, 2007.
2. Bidders
should bring original & one copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 5,000
(Five Thousand Birr).
4. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by recognized bank
5.
Bidders who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are
required to deposit to our Finance Office before bid opening date
and show the receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6.
Bidders should Submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box until Aril 16, 2007, 5:00 P.M. at ETC Head
Office during office hours at Room No. 110 and bid swill be opened
on April 17, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head Office Conference Room No. 111
according to the schedule.

The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
