Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidders for the supply of different types of Machineries
Like Artificial Coffee Drier 100 Qt & 50 Qt, Reversible disc plough,
Diesel Generator, Welding M/C, Grain mill, Chopper and others.
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply Department again payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) during office hours.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bib bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee, C.P.O. or Cash.
3. Bid
should be prepared in two separate envelope Technical & Financial
proposal.
4.
Bid bond should be submitted within Technical proposal,
envelope.
5.
Bidders can offer for partial or all items.
6.
All bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or
before April 26, 2007, at 9:30 A.M.
local time.
7.
Bid will be Closed & Opened for Technical proposal on April
26, 2007, at 10:00 A.M. local
time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
8.
Late arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
9.
Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all bids.
