Media is one of the effective tools in addressing HIV/AIS issues so
that the SNNPRS Mass media organization ahs been involved in
contribution its part in the region HIV/AIDS responses.
However, there is a need for more expanded, comprehensive,
appropriate, desired & effective media responses. So as SNNPRS Mass
media organization in collaboration with the HIV/AIDS
prevention & control sector and Irish Aid Ethiopia has planed to
contract out the following tow tasks for consultancy firm/s/
1.
Conducting and Audience research in at least nine towns of
the region for the overall performance of DEBUB FM 100.98 RADIO.
2.
Develop of Regional Media HIV/AIDS Policy & Strategy.
And the details of both tasks and the equipments/qualifications of
applicants firms can be found in the terms of reference /TOR/prepared
for the specified tasks.
Therefore the general Mass media organization would like to
invite all interested and skilled firms who fulfill the requirements
by collecting the TOR from SNNPR Mass media organization and
should submit one technical & one financial proposals for the two
takes with official applicant letter, renewed license of the firm,
CVs with the support documents within 30 calendar days of this
announcement.
The completed application should be presented personally and in
sealed and stamped envelope. The bid will be opened on April 28,
2007 at Awassa Mass Media Organization in the presence of bidders
and/or their legal representatives who may choose to attend.
