1. West
Shewa Zone Health Department obtained a budget from government and
would like to procure furniture for nucleus
health
Center. It is intended that part of the process of this budget will
be applied to eligible payment under the contract for the
procurement of furniture for nucleus Health
Center in locate competitive
bid.
2. The
West Shewa Zone Health Department now invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of furniture for nucleus health
center.
3. Bidders
have no option to bid for partial after bids will be evaluated and
contracts will be awarded for full item taking into account discount
offered, if any, for combined items in determining the lease
evaluated bid for all items which will be the basis for award of the
contract.
4.
Bidders should have renewed trade license for 1999 E.C.
suppliers list registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development (MOFED) VAT and TIN registration certificate
while purchasing this tender document and submitting your offer.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspected
the bidding document at the office of Room number 13 West Shewa Zone
Health Department Tel. No. 0110236-44 22.
6. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Birr fifty only).
7. Bids
must be delivered office to Room No. 13 on or before 3:00 P.M. in
the afternoon on date 24/7/99 E.C. or April 2, 2007 and must be
accompanied by a security of not less than 2% of the bid amount in
the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee from a reputable bank.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 3:30 P.M. in the afternoon on 24/7/99 E.C.
or April 2, 2007 at the office of Room No. 1 West Shewa Zone Health
Department.
9. The
office reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
