Announcement of
the Extension of the Issuing and
Submission Date of the Bid Documents
The Arba Minch
University (AMU) invites sealed bids from eligible and interested
suppliers for the procurement of books (Lot 1) Laboratory Chemicals
and Equipment (Lot II) and High Powerful Electric Generators (Lot
III) in accordance with the procure and rule of International
Competitive Bid (ICB) announcing on The Ethiopian Herald on Saturday
10, February 2007/Yekatit 3, 1999 E.C.
We apologize
our eligible bidders for the delay of issuing bid documents.
Therefore, we would like to notify that extension of the issuing and
submission date of the bid subject to the provisions, mentioned on
Saturday 10, Feb. 2007 in The Ethiopian Herald is extended as
follows:
1.
Bid replay document should be put in to tender box prepared
for this purpose at Ministry of Education, AMU Liaison Office, Room
No. 123 before May 14, 2007 at 10:00 AM
local time. Bids received after closing time will be automatically
rejected.
2.
Bids will be opened on the same day May 14, 2007
at 10:00 A.M. local time at
Ministry of Education, AMU Liaison Office, Room 123.
3.
Bid documents can be obtained from Ministry of Education AMU
Lipson Office Room No. 123 in Addis Ababa.
