eligible bidder for the supply of Television Audio Visual Equipment.

3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee or a certified cheque (CPO).
4. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased from the above
office (Bureau) upon presentation of 1999 E.C. Renewed Relevant
License, Registration for VAT, Tax Identification Number (TIN)
registration card issued from Ministry of Finance together with
written application & upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30
(Thirty Birr) only.
The bids must be received at that
Oromia Information and Public Relations Bureau Room No. 2.3. in
Finfinnee (Addis Ababa)
before on or 30 April 2007 until 4:00 A.M.
local time. Offers received after the closing time will be
automatically rejected and returned unopened.
5. Bid
received in time and fulfilling all formalities shall be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
5:00 A.M. local time on 30 April 2007 at OIPRB, Finfinnee (Addis
Ababa), Room No. 2.3.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
