1. The
Tigray Region Water Resource, Mines & Energy Bureau is interested to
buy the following item listed below:

2. Bidders
are required to submit copies of their business license, VAT
registration certificate TIN Valid for the year 2007.
3. Bids
shall be valid for a period of forty five (45) days after bid
opening.
4. Bidders
should provide one “Original” and their “Copies” of bid document
separately.
5. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of written application to the address
below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr)
from the bureau office No. 5.
6. Bidders
are required to submit the bid documents in sealed envelope and must
be accompanied by a bid security Birr 5000 (Five Thousand) in the
form of C.P.O.
7. Bidders
shall deliver their bid documents to the under mentioned addresses
before or on 24, April 2007 at
2:30 P.M.
8. Bids
shall be opened on 24, April 2007 at 3:00 P.M.
in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to
attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be
rejected.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
