1.
Wabe Shebelle Hotels Enterprise invites all registered and
competent contractors and/or suppliers having:
Trade license and construction
service certificates valid for 1999 Ethiopian calendar Year.
Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development Registration
VAT Registration certificate and to
submit wax-sealed bids for providing and supply of the necessary
material or machinery and equipment and any other necessary
requirements for the execution and completion of
Hotel Machineries (Lot A)
Hotel Soft furnishing
(Curtain, bed cover etc) (Lot B)
Hotel employee uniform (Lot C
)
Supply of pedal boast (Lot D)
PABX out going call register
system (design supply and installation) (Lot E)
Interested eligible bidders may

2. Each
prospective bidder proposing to bid for this work must be eligible
fulfilling the requirements of the particular instruction of the
works at every lot.
3. A
Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the
above address and payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 for
every lot or more lots and/or all lots.
4. Bidders
can bid for one, or more lots as required.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5000. The bid
security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must
be an irrevocable Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee, or a Certified
payment Order (CPO) at the bidders option
6. The
bid along with the bid security must be delivered to the

7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’
representatives who choose to attend at the Red Saloon on April
16, 2007 at 10:30 A.M.
8. The
supply of the material shall be completed within 60 calendar days
after signing contract except for those imported from abroad.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive
informalities, to advertise for new bids or to proceed and do the
work otherwise as may be for its best interest.
