This bid invitation is open to all eligible consultants who could
present renewed trade license, Inland Revenue for the year 1999 E.C.
VAT & TIN Registration Certificates and License from Ministry of
Water Resources for Water Works Consultancy grade 5 and above.
Bidders could participate only for one lot.
Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) for
each lot.
All bids shall be in fixed price. Price adjustment will not be
allowed.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and
must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount stated above in
the form of an unconditional bank guarantee, an irrevocable letter
of credit, cash or CPO.
Bids shall be sealed and delivered to Water Resources Development
Bureau Room No. 6 at Bahir Dar on or before 2:00 P.M.
Bid closing date shall be at 2:00 P.M. on the 21st
working day after counting 20 calendar days from the date of the
first bid advertisement appeared on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper.
Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the above-mentioned date an
address in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to
attend.
