Re-Invitation
1.
WWDE invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for
the supply of Emery Wheel Discs in accordance to our specification
stipulated in the tender document.
2.
Eligible suppliers can obtained tender documents by
presenting a copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget
year against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from
procurement office.
3. Bids
shall be submitted in two separate envelopes marked to Technical and
Financial.
4. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security 2% of their officers in the
form of certified cheque, CPO or bid guarantee payable to WWDE and
enclosed in the Technical envelope.
5. Sealed
bids shall be delivered to WWDE’s Head Office and placed in the
tender box within twenty calendar days from the first day of
announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
6. Bids
will be closed on the twentieth working day at 4:00 PM from the
first day of announcement and will be opened on the next working day
at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
7. WWDE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
