the supply of assorted vehicles listed here under.

2. Interested eligible bidders
may obtain further information and purchase the bidding documents up
on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) at the
office of:

3. Bidders
shall submit Renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate,
Tax identification No. and shall produce document for indication
of fulfillment of tax obligation.
4. Bidders
could participate for lots, but the items in the lot shall not be
partial.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid bond the amount stated above in the
form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO issued or endorsed by an
indigenous Ethiopian Bank.
6. Technical
and financial bids proposals shall be sealed separately and
delivered to ANRS Transport at Bahir Dar.
7. Bids
closing date shall be on the 21stcalendar day at 12:00
noon counted from the first day of bid advertisement appearance in
The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of ANRS
TA at 2:00 P.M. on the date of bid closing specified above. If the
counted 21st calendar day is not working day the closing
and opening date will be on the next working day.
9. The
ANRS TA reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the
bid.
