Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred).
Bidders should present currently renewed trade license, Inland
revenue for the year 1999 E.C., VAT and TIN certificates.
A
bides could participate for one or for all lots. But the offer for a
lot shall not be partial.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of the stated amount in
the form of CPO.
Original, copy and alternative bidding documents shall be sealed
separately and delivered to Water Resources Development Bureau at
Bahir Dar.
Bid closing date shall be on the 21st working day after
counting 20 calendar days from the date of the first bid
advertisement appearance on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of WRDB
at 3:00 P.M.
on the same date of bid closing specified above.
