1. Somali
Regional State Bureau of Finance and Economic Development
Coordination has allocated budget towards the procurement of
different types of vehicles for different bureaus.
(a)
Lot One, for procurement of three (3) hard top
(b)
Lot Two, for procurement of two (2) medium level bus
(c)
Lot Three, for procurement of three (3) station wagon
(d)
Lot Four, for procurement of one (1) prisoners transportation
truck
2. Bidding
is open to all domestic bidders who have attained a valid business
license, supplier list certificate and VAT registration certificate.
3. Interested
bidders may obtain further information and can purchase bidding
document at:-

4. The
bid document shall be made available from the first day of
announcement up to 20 days and can be collected from the above
address for a non-refundable of Birr 100.00 (Birr One Hundred) for
lot 1, 2 and 3 and Birr 50.00 (Birr Fifty) for lot 4.
5. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total amount
of the bid.
6. The
bid closing date shall be on the 20th calendar day
counted from the first date of this announcement appearance in The
Ethiopian Herald.
7. The
bid shall be opened in the presence of bidders or legal
representatives of the bidders at 4:00 A.M. on the next day after
the 20 calendar days from the first date of the announcement of the
bid at the address stated above.
8. The
Somali Regional State Finance and Economic Development Coordination
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
