1.
Interested eligible bidders, or their representatives may
purchase the bidding documents from the office of Procurement
Service of WWCE Headquarter located in Gurd Shola, near Lucy Academy
during normal working hours, upon payment of a non-refundable fee
Birr 100.00 including VAT.
2.
Bidders should enclose currently renewed trade license, VAT &
TAX payers registration certificate with their bids.
3. Bids
must be submitted in one envelope and accompanied by bid bond not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO or
certified check.
4. Bids
will be closed at 5:00 P.M. on the 30th day of the first
appearance of this notice in the newspaper.
5. Bids
will be opened at 9:30 A.M. on the 31st day at the date
of first appearance of this notice at the conference hall of WWCE in
the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to
attend.
However, if the above mentioned days coincide with the days of the
weekends or holidays, the closing/opening dates will be postponed to
the next working day.
The Water Works Construction Enterprise reserves the right to reject
partial or all bids.
