To
all contractors of category GC/BC 7 and above with license valid for
the year 1999 EC and can present registration certificate for
construction work services from concerned organization.
1. On
behalf of Farm African and SOS Sahel, Campbell Project Management
service (Ethiopia) PLC, (CPMS), invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders for providing the necessary labor, material and
equipment for the construction of G+0 office building at Bale Robe
town of Bale Zone, Oromia Region.
2. CMPS
invites the Contractors of category GC/BC 7 and above with license
valid for the year 1999 E.C.
3. A
complete set of tender documents may be purchased against non
refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) from CPMS office for a
period of 23 days commencing from Wednesday 7th March
2007 and will be issues with a formal receipt.
4. All
bids must be wax-sealed, accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the
bid price in the form of Insurance Bond, CPO., or Bank Guarantee and
must be delivered to the address specified in clause 5 below, which
shall remain in force for 90 calendar days from the bid opening
date. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a
performance bond in the sum of 10% of the gross bid sum within 15
days from the signature.
5. Bid
document shall be submitted by March 30, 2007 before 12 noon at CPMS
(Ethiopia) office.

6. The
bid will be opened at the CPMS office in the presence of all bidders
or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend at 12
noon on April 02, 2007.
7. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT registration.
8.
The employer will reject the bidder who does not include
renewed trade license & renewed Registration certificate on the
suppliers list.
9.
CPMS reserves the right to reject any or all entire bid
without any reason thereof. |
