1. The
vehicles can be inspected at ILRI’s main campus located in Lamberet
area Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. from 2:00
P.M. to
4:30 P.M.

Bid documents relating to the above vehicles for sale can be
obtained from Store Section during working hours indicated above
against cash payment of Birr 30.
3. Bid-offers
must be submitted within Ten (10) days from the date of publication
of this advertisement in wax-sealed envelopes marked “BID OFFER” to
the following address:

All bids must be accompanied by a BID BOND of Birr 1,000 per
Vehicle in the form f certified cheque payable to ILRI Ethiopia. The
successful bides will be required to pay the full bid-amount within
Ten (10) days after notification by ILRI and remove the vehicles
from ILRI compound after completing the necessary formalities for
the transfer of worship within an additional Twenty (20) days after
payment. Default on any of these requirements will result in
automatic forfeiture of the bid-bond and entitle ILRI to seek other
resources.
5.
ILRI reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
