The International Rescue Committee, an international
non-governmental organization now invited Suppliers domicile to do
such jobs to submit sealed bids for the Supply of different
diameters galvanized steel pipe to be used for Bordede WATER
SUPPLY PROJECT located in Meisso West Hararghe Zone.
The Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, Bill of
Quantities, Specification and Contract Template, for the
aforementioned activity can be obtained from the International
Rescue Committee office during working hours as of March 5, 2007
until March 26, 2007. The International Rescue Committee office is
located on the 6th Floor of the TK International
Building, near Bole
Airport, NOC fuel station, Addis

Two copies of the bid, in separate envelopes marked ‘Original’ and
‘Copy’ should be submitted in a sealed covered envelope at the
office of the International Rescue Committee by not later than 2:00
P.M. Tuesday March 27, 2007. All bids should include the
aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by the firm
profile,. Past performance record on similar works and other
relevant credentials, as well as a bid security in the form of a
Bank Guarantee, insurance bond or CPO for 1% (one percent) of the
bid amount.
Bids will be opened in the presence of suppliers/representatives who
choose to attend at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday March 27th 2007 at
the Conference Hall of IRC-Ethiopia, Addis Ababa office (address as
in paragraph 2 above).
The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject the
whole or part of any or all bids. |
