1. Adama
City Administration invites eligible bidders to participate in the
bid for the supply of two total stations.
2. Eligible
suppliers could obtain technical specifications by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against payment
of non-refundable Birr 50 from purchasing department Adama during
working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
3. Bid
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or bank guarantee which will be payable.
4. Wax-sealed
bid shall be delivered to Adama purchasing department Adama on or
before April 4, 2007 P.M. Bidders should provide one original and
one copy of technical and financial documents separately.
5. Bid
(Technical offer) will be opened on April 5, 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. ACA
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
