Re-Invitation
1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites all consulting
Architects and Engineers category IV and above with license valid
for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development for which they are registered on suppliers list to
conduct consultancy service.
2. The
required Services Comprise Design, Contract Administration and
Supervision on Fire Fighting and Rescue Station for Mekele Alula
Abanega Airport and expansion of Bole International Airport Fire
Fighting & Rescue Stations.
3. Interested
eligible bidders can obtain further information and purchase the
bidding document (TOR) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
200 (Two Hundred Birr) at the office.

4. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and
qualification documents shall be delivered to EAE Purchasing and
Logistic Administration Department on or before March 22, 2007, up
to 10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bid
swill be rejected.
5.
The bid document shall be submitted as follows:
5.1 The original and a copy of the
financial proposal shall be sealed in separate envelope and marked
Original “Financial Proposal” and copy of “Financial Proposal”
respectively.
5.2 The original and copy of the
qualification document shall be sealed in separate envelopes and
“Copy of Qualification Document” respectively.
5.3 The bid security will be sealed
in separate envelope marked bid security.
6.
Qualification envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the
presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the EAE
Head Office conference Room.
7.
Financial proposal envelopes of bidder who pass the
qualification criteria shall be opened in the presence of
bidders/representatives after evaluation of qualification is
completed.
8.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr
10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
9.
The Ethiopian Airport Enterprise reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
