Re-Invitation
The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) intends to procure Fire
Fighting Rescue Vehicles with VHF Radio.
1. Interested
bidder may collect the bid documents from Ethiopian Airports
Enterprise Head Office near Gerji Customs office upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).
2. Bidders
should present renewed license for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development for which t hey are registered on
the suppliers list to submit their proposals.
3. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing “Technical document” & “Financial document”
should be submitted in two separate envelopes; each having one
original and three copies, to EAE, Purchasing and Logistics
Administration Department on or before April 12, 2007 up to 10:00
A.M. and will be opened on
the same date and time. Late bid swill be rejected.
4. Bidders
should submit a bid bond of Birr 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Birr) in
the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their offer. Bid bond
in other form shall not be acceptable.
5.
The bid Security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
“Bid Security”.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at the address given above (4).

The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any
or all bids.
