complete bid document obtained from the office Room No. 5 upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Twenty
Birr only).
Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License valid for the
year 1999 Ethiopian calendar year and registration certificate for
VAT, when coming to purchase the tender document.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of
the total price in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO.
Bidders shall submit Financial and Technical proposals separately in
wax-sealed envelope to the Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service
Enterprise at Awassa, within 20 consecutive days of this
announcement and it will be closed at 12:00 A.M. in the next day.(
If holiday or weekend day, it will be the next working day). The bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on the closing day, at 2:30 P.M. in the Enterprise.
Those who can supply materials fully from the stock will be
considered as an advantage. The Awassa Town Water Supply and
Sewerage Service Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject
al the bid or part of the bid.
