Description

To all consultations of Category V, PP and above whose License is valid for the year 1999/2000 E.C.

1.      The ANRS Police Commission now invite sealed bid for provision of consultancy services for Police Camp at Bahir Dar interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Police Camp P.O. Box, 244 Tel. 058-220 09 36, Fax, 058-220 69 56 at Bahir Dar.

2.      Tender document may be obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the ANRS Police Commission and up on non-refundable payment of Birr 100.00 During the official working hours upon presentation of certificate of registration on the service providers and currently renewed trade license.

3.      Wax-sealed bid documents /one original and one copy/ shall be delivered for both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document separately.

4.      All bides must be delivered to the ANRS Police Commission P.O. Box 244, Tel. 058-220 09 36, Fax 058-220 69 56 at Bahir Dar on or before 20^th calendar days from the first day of advertisement at 12:00 AM. If the 20^th day is not a working day the submission date will be the next working day at 12:00 A.M. and shall be publicity opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M. When the names of the bidders and the amount their bids will be declared.

5.      Prequalification (technical) and price (financial) documents shall be in separate sealed envelopes and must accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable from f 1% of the total bid amount in separate envelope.

6.      Bidders could request advance payment up to 30 % of the total bid price by providing advance payment guarantee. But for those bidders who did not request advance payment 2% qualifying criteria will be added.

7.      Rejection criteria: -the employer will reject the bidder whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions.
1/ Bidders should attach /present during bid purchasing/currently renewed Trade License & renewed Registration Certificate to the technical document.
2/ Bidders should submit one original & one copy for both Technical and financial document separately sealed envelop.

8.      Bidders must present certificate of VAT registration.

9.      The successful bidders shall furnish professional indemnity insurance.

10.  The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
