invites sealed bid from eligible
bidders for the study of:
Organizational structure; especially in relation to smooth communication;
Merit based salary scale based on economic situation of the country.
1. Interested
eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents
against a non-refundable payment of 20.00 Birr from FTASC, General
Manager’s office.
2. Interested
bidders should submit bid which comprises of technical and financial
proposals in wax-sealed and stamped envelop and should be addressed
as follows:

3. Bidders
are requested to submit currently renewed trade license related to
the consultancy firm.
4. The
bid document submission date shall be in 5 consecutive days from the
date of this announcement during working hours.
5. Bid
opening date will be arranged through telephone and under take in
the presence of the bidders/representatives in the above mentioned
office.
6. Bidders
should have current year receipts for the payment of Inland Revenue
or other government taxes and evidence of TIN registration.
7. FTASC
reserves the right to reject the bid partially or totally. |
