Invitation for IT Professional Training BID

The Ethiopian Shipping Lines Share Company invites all interested and eligible bidders to train its IT staff on the following areas:-

               A + and Networking + Training
               Windows Training
               CISCO Training
               Oracle Training

1.      Bidders are required to present currently renewed trade license, tax clearance from Inland Revenue Authority for 2000 Ethiopian Calendar year, registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and VAT registration certificate.

2.      Upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty), a complete set of the bidding document may be purchased from the above office.

3.      Bidders should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope to the above office on or before 12:00 PM of the 15^th day of the first bid announcement.

4.      Bidders shall furnish 5% of the bid amount of their offer as part of their bid.

5.      The bid bond must be in either of the following forms:

1. Certificated check (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
2. Bond issued by a recognized Bank.

6.      The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at 2:00 PM on the 15^th day of the first bid announcement at the company’s head office.

7.      The Ethiopian Shipping lines S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
