The Federal
Ministry of Health invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
maintenance office and Toilet in the Planning and Programming
Department. Contractors of category BC/GC-7 and above are eligible
to bid.
1. The
bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
Ministry of Works & Urban Development, for the current physical year
and also VAT registration certificate from the Ministry of Inland
Revenue.
2. The
bidders can purchased the Bidding documents from Federal Ministry
of Health, Tender Committee Office, Room No. 1.4 up on payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).
3. The
Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the amount from
bank or its equivalent in convertible currency (C.P.O.) and shall be
delivered to the Ministry of Health, tender committee office, Room
No. 1.4 17th December 2007 before 2:00 P.M. and will be
opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M at the tender committee office
in the presence of the bidders.
4. The
Bidders shall seal the original and all copies of the Bid in two
inner envelopes and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner
envelopes as “ORIGNAL” and “COPIES”. And writing the following
address on the envelope, Federal Ministry of Health.

6. The
Ministry of Health reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
