PART I NOTICE TO BIDDERS
1. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise is interested in
procurement of software for which this Invitation for Bids is
issued.
2. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise now invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:
A.
Integrated Borehole Date Management and Interpretation system
B.
Image Processing
C.
Data Recovery Software for NTFS & FAT Five System, Backup
Software, That will backup automatically, Compatible with windows
2003 server & Window XP Software and Recent Microsoft office for
network (100 clients)
D.
Topography Software
3. A
complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable
fee of 50.00 Birr.
4. The
Bidder or his representative is advised to attend a pre-tender
meeting on December 5, 2007
at 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on December 18, 2007 at 10:00
A.M. and must be accompanied by 2% security bid bond.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend,
December 18, 2007 at 10:30 A.M.
at Water Works Design and Supervision
Enterprise Conference Room.
7. The
Water Works Design and supervision Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
