FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Addis Ababa
Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites interested
consultants category 111 with license and renewed registration of
MOF & ED for the year 1999 E.C. To conduct Consultancy service for
Design and Construction Supervision of Roads, surface and sub
surface Drainage structures of AAHDPO low Cost Housing Project
indicated as LOT 1. Jemo, LOT 11. Gofa and Gotera LOT 111.
Ayat and Gelan sites.
1. Bidders
can obtain bid documents from Ethiopia Mapping Agency 3rd
Floor Room No. 619 up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00
(Fifty Birr).
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the total
bid price but not greater than Birr 100,000 in the form of CPO.
3. Bid
shall be submitted in two separate envelopes financial & technical
each having one original and one copy.
4. The
Bid Bond should be in a separate envelopes and submitted together
with the original Financial envelop.
5. Bid
documents shall be submitted to Procurement and Supply Department
Room No. 627 on or before Dec. 5, 2007 at 4:00 PM local
time.
6. Bids
will be opened (Technical offer) on Dec. 6, 2007 on reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
