City Administration Environment Protection Authority invites
eligible bidders to participate in the bid for hiring a consultant
“To Establish Hazardous Waste Management System”.
Interested eligible bidders could
obtain tender documents from the Office Room No.2 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr only) during
working days from 2:30 AM. to 5:30 PM.
Bidders shall include in their bid currently renewed Trade License valid
for the Budget year and VAT registration certificate.
Bids should be accompanied
by a bid security of 2% in the form of CPO.
Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to A.A.E.P.A. Head Office and
placed in the tender box within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the
first day of the announcement.
Bid will be closed on the 30th day at 5:30 PM. (if it is
a working day) from the first day of the announcement and will be
opened on the next working day at 10:00 AM. in the presence
of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all bids without giving any reason thereof.
