Forest Enterprise (FFE) invites all interested and eligible bidders
for the supply of one BULL DOZER, with a capacity of 300HP-320HP.
Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade License, Recent Tax
Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority, Registration Certificate
from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, for which they
are listed on suppliers list and VAT Registration Certificate from
concerned Authority, can participate for the bid.
2. Upon
submission of a written application with attachments of documents
mentioned under No. 1, above, a complete set of bidding documents
can be purchased at normal office hours against non-refundable
payment of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Ethiopian Birr) from office No.
31, starting from the date of the 1st appearance of this
invitation notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
shall prepare BID PROPOSAL IN TWO COPIES that is, ONE “ORIGNAL”
and ONE “PHOTOCOPY” OF THE ORIGINAL in accordance with the
following VOLUMES SEPARATELY, and shall submit in the
wax-sealed envelopes.
VOLUME I. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL IN TWO COPIES and ONE PHOTOCOPY
wax-sealed SEPARATELY)
VOLUME II. FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (ONE ORIGINAL and ONE PHOTOCOPY, wax
sealed SEPARATELY)
4. Bid
proposal should be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to Eth. Birr
50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr), in the form of Bank
Guarantee or CPO only.
5. Bids
documents are to be collected at the office of Executive Secretary.
Bid closing date shall be after 30 calendar days starting from the
date of the 1st appearance of this invitation notice on
The Ethiopian Herald at 3:00 PM. local time.
6. Bid
proposal shall be submitted on/before the closing date and shall be
opened at 3:30 PM. Late bids submitted after the deadline will be
rejected.
7. The
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their official
representatives who may choose to attend on the time specified in
No. 5 above.
