Printing and Transporting Textbooks
The Oromia
Education Bureau intends to gibe the Printing and Transportation of
Textbooks to printing enterprise by contract.
The Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
Printing and Transportation (distribution) of books.
Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding
procedures specified in the Bureau and is open to all eligible
bidders. The bidders are required to present certificate of
suppliers registration, currently renewed trade license related with
the bid and support documents.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the
Oromia Education Bureau and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at working hrs.
Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents
in English up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Birr
Two Hundred) in cash or check.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th
day from the date of announcement at 8:30 hrs local time. All bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidding price in
Birr.
Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of the bidders
or their legal representatives at the address below at
9:00 local time.
