1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority invites all eligible bidders to Submit
bid offer for the construction supervision and design review of
Lot-1: Sali-Simada & Rural Road Rehabilitation
Project
Lot-2: Jiga-Quarit Rural Road Rehabilitation
Project
Lot-3: Dilb-Densea-Muja & Densa-Kulmesk spur
Rural Road Project
Located in
South Gondar, West Gojjam and North Wollo
Administrative Zones of the Regional State respectively.
2. Interested
bidders in category 2 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian budget year can obtain a complete set of bidding document
fro the Authority’s Contract Administration Division, Bahir Dar, up
on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) only
per lot.
3. For
each project bidders are required to present certificate of Value
Added Tax (VAT) registration, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
and also recent tax clearance from respective Inland Revenue
Authority.
4. For
each project duplicate copies of Bid offer with separate Technical
Qualification Document and Financial Proposal document in wax-sealed
envelopes, labeled as Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid
box along with a Bid Security in an acceptable form amounting not
less than 1% of bid offer on or before December 11, 2007 at 2:00
P.M. at the Amhara National Regional State Rural Roads Authority,
Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of Amhara Rural Roads Authority.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
