INVITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
COMPUTER, PRINTER, FAX, PHOTOCOPY
MACHINE & OTHERS
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) (Broad Band) invites sealed bid
from eligible bidders for the procurement of Office furniture.
1. The
Tender remains floating from
November 20, 2007
until
December 10, 2007.
Bid Documents can be obtained from
ETC’s Legehar Building 2nd floor Office Room No. 223
(Addis Ababa) during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit all their renewed
original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 3,000.00 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to etc Broad Band (Leghar
Building) cashier, 3rd
floor Room No. 318, on or before November 10, 2007 until 5:00 P.M.
and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelopes and deposit in
the box situated at 2nd floor Room No. 224 on or before
December 10, 2007 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
must be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETV (Broad Band) Legehar Building 4th
Floor Room No. 420 on
December 11, 2007 at 3:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
