Invitation to Bid for
Car Rental Service Agreement
1. GOAL
Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for vehicle rental service agreement for
a period of six months with the possibility of extension for other
six month.
2. Bidders
may obtain bidding documents during office hours starting from the
first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian Herald news paper
against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. Wax-sealed
and stamped bids must be delivered to the above office on or before
10:00 A.M. 11 December, 2007. Late bids shall be rejected.
4. Bids
must be submitted along with Birr 5000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) Bid
security in the form of cash payment order (CPO).
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives, who
choose to attend at the address indicated below on December 11/2007
at 10:30 A.M.

6. Bidders
are required to attach renewed license, business profile and list to
