Enterprise (Eth) S. Co. invites all interested bidders for the
supply of one set Diesel Generator of 825 KVA.
Detailed tender document can be obtained from supply department upon
non-refundable payment of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) during office
hours. Agents should provide letter of authorization from
principals, VAT and/or tax payers’ registration certificate from
Federal Ministry of Revenue, renewed license for the year 1999 E.C.
and supplier’s agent registration certificate from Federal Ministry
of Finance. A copy of license and registration certificate should be
presented upon purchase of tender document. One local agent, for one
and the same item (brand), should represent only one principal. In
this regard offers submitted by a local agent representing more than
one principle will be automatically rejected.
Bidders are strictly recommended to adhere the terms and conditions
set in the tender document.
Bids should be deposited in the safe box located at NTE (Eth) S. Co.
archive office in sealed envelope on or before December 21, 2007 up
to 10:15 AM (local time) and will be opened at the same date at
10:30 AM (local time) in the presence of bidders or their
representatives in the conference room of the company.
NTE (Eth) S. Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
