The Amhara National Regional State Water Resource Development Bureau
(ANRS, WRDB) invites sealed bids on the procurement of consultancy
service for the following Projects.

This bid invitation is open to all
eligible consultants who could present renewed trade license, inland
revenue for the year 1999/2000 E.C. VAT & TIN Registration
certificates and License from Ministry of Water Resources for the
consultancy of water works.
Bidders could participate for one or more projects.
Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents
upon payment of Non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred
only).
All bids shall be in fixed price, price adjustment will not be
allowed
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and
mist be accompanied by a bid security for the amount stated above in
the form of an unconditional bank guarantee of CPO.
Technical and financial proposal shall be sealed separately and
delivered to Water Resource Development Bureau at Bahir Dar on or
before 2:00 P.M.
Bid closing date shall be at 2:00 PM on the 21st working
day after counting 20 calendar days from the date of the first bid
advertisement appeared on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the above-mentioned
date and address in the presence of bidders/representatives who
choose to attend.
