1. The
Ethiopian Health & Nutrition Research Institute (EHNRI) invites
Wax-Sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Laboratory
Chemicals, Regents, Kits, equipments & accessories.
2. Interested
bidders may obtain the bid document from Accounts Section Building
No. 02 against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 as of 19th
November 2007.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with a Bid Security of 10,000.00 Birr of
Equivalent in any freely convertible currency, by CPO or Bank
Guarantee, certificate of registration from MOFED, currently renewed
trade license, tax clearance certificate and incase of foreign
suppliers certificate of incorporation must be delivered to the
above on or before 2nd January 2008 at 10:00 A.M Local time.
4. Bids
will be opened on the 2nd January 2008 at 10:15 A.M.
Local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
at the Institute’s Training Hall Room No. 15.
The Institute
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
