The Oromia Urban
Planning Institute (OUP) invited interested private consultant for
the revision of the Master Plane of Jimma, Bushoftu and Nekemte
Towns.
Major Tasks:
1. Prepare
the Topographic or Bas map of the town
2. Conduct
survey and analysis the existing situation of the necessary data
(the socio-economic, land use, and etc. data) and identify important
issues to be considered for the preparation of the revised master
plane of the town.
3. Prepare
the structural plane of the town that serve for the planning period
(10 years or above)
4. Prepare
the Local Development Plane of the town that serve for 1 or more
years.
5. On
the top of these the detail of the master plane work should be in
accordance with but not limited to the given TOR.
Requirements:
1. Officially
Licensed and renewed consultancy service
certificate that is valid in the current budget
year.
2. Copies
of VAT and Tax registration certificate from the ministry of Finance
and economic development, receipt for tax payment or recommendation
letter from Inland revenue authority for the current years.
3. Interested
consultant can collect a complete Bid document from OUPI by paying a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 starting from the issuance of this Bid
on The Ethiopian herald for the consecutive 21 working days.
4. The
interested consultant should submitted the original and copies of
their Bid documents in separate wax-sealed envelope and place it to
a box prepared for this purpose in our office before 7:30 local time
of the 30th days of this notice.
5. The
Bids will be Closed on 30th day at 7:30 Local time and
opened on the same day at 8:00 local time in front of the Bidders or
their legal representatives.
6. All
documents must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 1% of the
total bid amount either in the form of Bank grantee, CPO or
certified check.
7. The
Oromia Urban planning Institute reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
