RE-TENDER
PART I NOTICE TO BIDDERS
1.
The Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise has
allocated fund towards the cost of the construction of head office
water supply expansion scheme, supply and installation of Pipes and
Fittings, Guard House and Fence Work which will be disbursed
according to the Ethiopian fiscal year.
2. Accordingly
the enterprise invites sealed bids from pre-qualified Contractors
for the supply of Goods and Construction works.
3. The
site is located in Addis Ababa Bole Sub-city, Kebele 08/09 at a
place called Gerji.
4. The
Bidders for the Construction or works should fulfill certificate of
registration from the Ministry of Works and Urban Development with
Category GC-6 with license valid for current year.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable
fee of 50.00 Birr.
6. The
Bidder or his representatives is advised to attend a per-tender
meeting on December 5, 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
7. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on December 12, 2007 at 10:00
A.M. and must be accompanied by 2% security bid bond.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend, December 12, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Conference Room.
9. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
10. Interested
