2. Bidders
must bid for the full quantity in a lot failing which such bids may
be rejected as non- responsive.

The enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all

4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchase by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred
Birr)
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid amount and must be delivered to BADE liaison office at
Addis Ababa before the closing time and date.
6. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the
deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 3 above.
7. Bids
will be closed at 10:00 A.M. on
January 11, 2008
at BADE liaison office Addis Ababa.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend, at 10:00 A.M. on
January 11, 2008
at BADE liaison office Addis Ababa. |
