The
International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) invites tender
from reputable insurance companies and health management
organizations for its staff employee benefit schemes for a period of
12 months commencing 1st January 2008. The contract may
be renewed annually based on performance.
TENDER FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE, GROUP
PERSONAL
ACCIDENT AND GROUP LIFE SCHEMES (Insurers and
Health Management Organizations)
CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY INSURERS AND HMOs.
Must submit a copy of Tax compliance
certificate from Federal Inland Revenue Authority
Must be with the National bank for the current year and submit copy
of the license
Must have underwritten the above business for more than five years.
Must give a list of (5) five reputable clients
Must submit copies of audited accounts for 2004, 2005 and 2006
Must have a detailed company profile including the CV’s for all the
company directors showing qualification and years of experience
Bidders shall present detailed company profiles Tender documents are
obtained from the Procurement Office, International Live stock
Research Institute, ILRI offices. A tender document will be issued
upon request.
