Akaki Spare
parts and Hand Tools Share Company hereby invites eligible bidders
for the supply of different chemicals and other under the following
conditions:
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from Addis Ababa branch office
Ambassador Theater against payment of non-refundable Birr 75.00
(Seventy Five Birr) during office hrs.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 2% of the total bid
prices in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. or cash.
3. Bid
documents shall be submitted into two sealed separate envelopes i.e.
Technical and Financial Proposal.
4. Bid
bond, renewed trade license and certificates shall be submitted
within Technical proposal envelope.
5. Bidders
can offer for partial or entire items.
6. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before
December 27, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the above mention branch office.
7. Bid
will be closed and Technical proposal opened on December 27 at 2:00
P.M. and at 2:30 P.M. respectively with the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
8. Late
arrival of bid document shall not be accepted.
9. The
Share Co. reserves the right to accept or to reject all or partial
bids.
