Description

To all Consultants of Category V, PP and above whose License is valid for the year 1999/2000 E.C.

1.      The ANRS Office of the Auditor General now invites sealed bid for provision of design services for construction of Training Center Building at Bahir Dar. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Office of the General Auditor, P.O. Box 479, Tel. 058 220 08 41, Fax 058 220 16 94 at Bahir Dar.

2.      Tender document may be obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the submission of written application to the ANRS Office of the Auditor General and upon non-refundable payment of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred ) only. During the official working hours upon presentation of certificate or registration on the service providers and currently renewed trade license.

3.      Wax-sealed bid documents (One original and one copy) shall be delivered for both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document separately.

4.      All bid must be delivered to ANRS Office of the auditor General P.O. Box 479 Tel..0582200841, Fax 0582201694 at Bahir Dar on or before 20^th calendar days from the first day of advertisement at 12:00 A.M. If the 20^th day is not a Working day the submission date will be the next working day at 12:00 A.M. and shall be public opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M. when the names of the bidders and the amount their bids will be declared.

5.      Prequalification (Technical) and price (Financial) documents hall be in separate sealed envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of 1% of the total bid amount in Separate envelope.

6.      Bidders could request advance payment up to 30% of the total bid price by providing advance payment guarantee. But for those bidders who did not request advance payment 2% qualifying criteria will be added.

7.      Rejection Criteria: The employer will reject the bidders whose bid does not fulfill the following conditions.
Bidders should attach (present during bid purchasing) currently renewed Trade License, & renewed Registration Certificate to the technical document.
Bidders should submit one original & one-copy for both Technical and financial document separately sealed envelope.

8.      Bidders must be present certificate of VAT registration.

9.      The Successful bidder shall furnish professional indemnity insurance.

10.  The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
