INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF
PLASMA TELEVISION & GENERATORS
1. The
Oromia National Regional State Education Bureau intends to procure
Plasma Televisions and Generators for different High Schools and
Preparatory School using the Regional Government Budget. Hence, The
Bureau hereby invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for
the supply of Plasma Televisions and Generators as described in the
following Tender No.
Tender No. OEB/BI/ICB-01/2007, Supply
of Plasma
Televisions and Generators for different High Schools
And Preparatory Schools in the Region.
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of
Oromia Education Bureau, Block 2, Room No. 29, Tel. 011 440 76 50,
Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00 from
the first publication of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald from
8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred
Thousand Birr) in CPO or Bank Guarantee issued by a Foreign Bank &
counter guaranteed by any Bank in Ethiopia.
4. Bids
should be received on or before January 15, 2008 before or at 10:00
A.M. at place indicated in 2 above.
5. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
